Coach Herron said, “Most of our athletes dropped time today so for the most part I am pretty happy. The major issue is that our Region meet is next week and we have a lot more work to do in order to move on to the National meet. I feel that we are due for a significant drop in time and the Region meet would be the perfect time to do it.”

The cross country team competes this Thursday at EIU in the Region 24 meet with the women running at 3:00pm and men at 3:45pm.
